We strive to ensure that our product photos accurately reflect the items you will receive. Please note that, as dried fruit is a natural product, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, or size. These variations do not impact the quality or flavour of the product.
Once your order has been completed, you should receive an email with your sales receipt.
If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us at (orders@kunje.co.za) or call us on 022 921 3536. Please use your order number as a reference.
Returns accepted if:
- Your parcel or the content has been damaged during transit
- Any of the items received are defective
- We have sent an incorrect item
Notify us regarding the above within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once damaged, incorrect or defective items are returned and inspected, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the total value of the item(s) returned, to use with your next purchase. Alternatively, we can resend the corrected items to you as soon as possible.
Yes, we regularly restock our dried fruit products based on seasonal availability and demand. If an item is marked “out of stock,” it is likely to return soon. You can contact us directly for an estimated restock date.
- Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa.
- All orders are processed and shipped via standard shipping within 5-10 business days following receipt of payment.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.
- At this time, expedited shipping options are not available.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.

- We do not provide same-day or next-day delivery; all orders are shipped using our standard courier service.
After opening, store your dried fruit in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For extended freshness, refrigeration is recommended.
