Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

  • ​Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa. 
  • All orders are processed and shipped via standard shipping within 5-10 business days following receipt of payment. 
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. 
  • At this time, expedited shipping options are not available. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
  • Should you have any special requests or concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order.
  • We do not provide same-day or next-day delivery; all orders are shipped using our standard courier service.

How to Order:

  1. Choose the products and sizes you wish to purchase.  
  2. Click “Add to Cart.”  
  3. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.  
  4. Enter your shipping details.  
  5. Provide your payment information.  
  6. Confirm and place your order.  
  7. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Return Policy:

If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us at (orders@kunje.co.za) or call us on 022 921 3536.
Please use your order number as a reference.

Returns accepted if:

  • Your parcel or the content has been damaged during transit
  • Any of the items received are defective
  • We have sent an incorrect item

Notify us regarding the above within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once damaged, incorrect or defective items are returned and inspected, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the total value of the item(s) returned, to use with your next purchase. Alternatively, we can resend the corrected items to you as soon as possible.
